BWIN – oare e o inselatorie sau doar paranoia mea…

Mi-am facut un account pe http://www.bwin.com . Pana acum totul foarte frumos, fara probleme. Am tot sta pe ganduri, oare merita, nu merita… sa incep sau sa nu incep sa fac pariuri pe bani reali. Suma minima e 30 RON. Am zis ca merita. Macar pt distractie, si am transferat 30 RON. Am primit 60 RON bonus, deci toate foarte bine pana acum. Am in account 90 RON, pe care pot sa fac pariuri. Dar … bineinteles nimic nu poate sa fie simplu si fara probleme. Cand am vrut sa pariez, am observar ca nu pot. “Your account is closed”. Ce sa fac, le-am trimis un mail, ca ar fi frumos din partea lor sa imi dea ceva explicatii. A venit raspunsul :

Thank you for your e-mail.

We would like to inform you that your account has been temporarily blocked by our security department, and will not be re-opened until the department has finished its investigation. Please note, that in order for the department to finish the investigation, we kindly ask you to send a copy of your ID + copy of both sides of the Credit Card used for inpayments.

Please note, that we cannot comment on the grounds of the blocking, and are not entitled to.

Eu, … le-am trimi copia dupa buletin…  A venit raspunsul :

We hereby confirm that we have received a copy of your ID. We do, nevertheless, still require a copy of your credit card, which unfortunately did not accompany your previous mail.

Please send us your CC copy via the following link: …. nu pun aici linkul…, e irelevant.

Am raspuns si eu:

It is a little strange your question. Why should I send you a copy of my credit card. And after that, I suppose, you’ll need a copy of the back of my credit card, with the 3 digit number… and after that you’ll ask me to transfer as much money as I can on a certain day.

I am expecting some explanation. In your terms and conditions, it is written, that you do not have to send me information, or reason why you suspended me, but it is not written that you can not, if you want to.

As previously stated, we require copies of your ID and also copies of both sides of your credit card. We cannot re-open your account until the department has finished its investigation.

si … inca o data am raspuns: Absolutely NOT. I will forward these mails to the authorities.

Deci acum astept sa vad cum vor evolua lucrurile… dupa parearea voastra sunt mailuri relae, si ar trebui sa trimit copiile, sau e o inselatorie, si cineva vrea sa imi goleasca contul ? Sunt eu prea paranoic pt lumea asta digitala ? … nu cred… peste tot toata lumea incearca sa fure cumva 🙂 Unii mai inteligent, altii mai putin inteligent…

  1. Cand vine vorba de informatii de credit card si nu sunt sigur de identitatea site-ului care-mi cere datele, atunci intotdeauna fac un search pe google gen “-nume website- scam” sau “-nume website- review”.
    In cateva minute poti afla daca altii au fost trasi in tzeapa sau daca totul e OK.
    BWIN pare sa fie un site de incredere…

    De ce au nevoie de ambele parti ale cardului?… Poate gasesti in terms and conditions sau google 🙂

  2. Care e ideea mea. Cu aceste informatii poti goli cartea de credit. Nu consider ca e normal sa trimit asa ceva. Si nici sa ceri asa ceva. Si cred ca o sa contactez ceva autoritati, sa vad ei ce zic. Poate eu sunt un pic paranoic la faza asta, dar eu asa consider. Am cauta deja, si am si gasit autoritati care pot fi contactate cu probleme de genul.

  3. Ceea ce am vrut sa mai zic:

    Nu e chiar asa de usor sa furi bani de pe un credit card. In primul rand esti asigurat de banca pe o anumita suma, pe de alta parte, daca urmaresti online tranzactiile curente, atunci iti dai seama instant daca se intampla ceva dubios.
    Daca se intampla ceva, ceri banii inapoi, ceri alt card si gata.

    Mie mi s-a intamplat ca cineva vroia sa-mi fure de pe debit card (adica cash), dar din fericire am observat online si transactia a fost reversibila.

Din pacate nu am gasit inca “organe” de justitie Romanesti care sa fie responsabili de o situatie de genul, am gasit doar engleze, am forwardat acolo, dar inca nici un raspuns… in schimb, am citit pe site in Terms and Conditions : The user may at any time freely use the balance on his account in his favour – deducting any stakes for current bets and/or games. Winnings are credited to the betting account and can be used to place other bets or play further games. On the user’s request, winnings from the balance on the betting account may also be remitted immediately, in whole, or in part to an account indicated by the user and held by the holder.

    If any funds are credited to a user’s account by mistake, it is the user’s responsibility to inform the company immediately. Any future winning bets that may accur directly or indirectly as a result of such credit shall be void, regardless of any delay in notification of the error. If the funds erroneously credited are subsequently withdrawn or placed on losing bets, the company reserves the right to recover any amounts due.

    So, the situation is probably not a fraud, but I still DO NOT AGREE that they can ask from me this kind of information.

  7. Nu ca sa vin in apararea companiei/sitului/firmei BWIN, dar hai sa fim seriosi: http://www.minhascamisas.com.br/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2007/06/a8caf7288xraul2p.jpg. They’re kinda trustworthy if they are sponsoring Real Madrid, don’t you think?

    Cu toate astea mi se pare tare ciudat ca ti-au cerut astfel de detalii, chiar dupa depunere. Eu nu am avut astfel de probleme. Oricum… I paid my dues, si poate ca nu as fi spart zeci de milioane daca mi-au fi cerut cópii dupa credit card.

    Insa mai mult ca sigur ca i-as fi trimis, pentru ca pe situl bet-at-home.com mi s-a cerut exact aceleasi cópii, doar ca eu vroiam sa ridic 150 de euro. Si verificarea autenticitatii pariorilor mi se pare absolut normala. Eu de exemplu lucrez cu date, numere, serii, ‘three letter security codes’ and shit, zilnic primesc detalii de genul acesta, am un Excel cu aceste detalii ale unor clienti, deci LEJER as putea sa abuzez de ele. DAR la verificare… mumu… plus as face puscarie, insa doar ca simplu fapt am mentionat asta…

    Oricum, mi se pare exagerata cererea lor. Pana la urma tot ei pierd. Ar trebui sa te lase sa-ti spargi averea, dupa care daca totusi vrei sa scoti ceva bani de la ei, doar ATUNCI sa-ti ceara detalii mai exacte.

    Ma simt dator cu o explicatie minima.Nu e vorba de Bwin sau cum ii spune.Este vorba de o masura de securitate aplicata de orice companie care tranzactioneaza online, fie via OGON, PayPal,etc, si invariabil aceste masuri de precautie vin insotite de anumite suspiciuni din partea banii care emite cardul.Nu este un joc de copii.Eu, prin natura job-ului meu, dispun zilnic de zeci de carduri cu 16 digits ( 15 la Amex), Exp.date, Sec code,nume, prenume, adresa, etc, in fine, toate detaliile clientului.Ar insemna sa am deci vreo 20 de Lamborghini in parcare.Asadr, concluziv:ceva e putred in Danemarca.

Sal , am si eu o problema cu bwin-ul , eu nu am premit nici un mail kre sa imi ceara asa ceva , dar eu singur mam conformat si am tremis copie de pe buletin / scan , la sectiunea lor speciala pt asa ceva …. drept sa spun astept o confirmare dar nimic …. am perdut o groaza de bani din kuza asta (nu mam aptinut si am jukt toate castigurile) , de 2 zile insa nu imi mai merje sectiunea “depuneri” , nu mai pot depune si nu stiu ce se intampla , pare k se incark pagina dar ramane blocata (pc.nu are probleme, totul merje ok orice pagina de net.) , au o alta sectiune “trimitere de fax a datelor ” , ok da trebuie o tara k sa tremiti !! au o adresa “dubioasa” GIBRALTAR” , A TREMIS CINEVA ACOLO ????? 😦 …. o alta problema ar fi k nu stiu la ce adresa sa le tremet un mail pt a lua legatura cu ei (nu cu un “robot” kre sam tremeata alt mail preconceput fara sa ma lamureasca ) …

  11. AM SI EUUN TOVARAS are cont a pariat si are castig de 330 ron si si nu poate sa isi trasere creditul in in cont si a uitat intrebarea sectreta ce poate face????ast raspuns urgent va rog mult

  13. Am si eu o problema cu BWin…am castigat un free…si de acolo am pariat si am facut 8 milioane..dar mi-a suspendat contu fara sa imi zica de ce…iar banii nu au intrat in cont, au trecut deja 3 saptamani, ce pot face? mai primesc banii?
